JCP&L has an electrical sub-station on the property. Power, at 12.5 KV, is routed underground to utility transformers on grade that serve the respective buildings. The capacity of the switchboards in each building is 3,000 amps. Metered electric power at 277/480 is conveyed underground from the utility transformers to switchboard(s) in the electrical equipment rooms on the first floor of each building.
