HVAC
Cooling system is comprised of two custom 240-ton penthouse units with evaporative condensers, variable air volume supply, and return fans. Heating consists of ducted forced air supported by a two pipe hot water system produced by two natural gas fired boilers located in the penthouse units. In addition, each building is equipped with two 150 ton roof top chiller units for 24/7/365 supplemental air conditioning.

ELECTRICAL SERVICE
The power service consists of an outdoor pad mounted transformer with its 12.5k V class underground supply feeder (furnished and installed by JCP&L) and an indoor 480 watt /277 volt switchboard with its 600 volt class underground feeder connecting the transformer to the switchboard. Point of utility service is at the transformer secondary bushings and this service is termed General Service Secondary. Distribution scheme is radial. The power company transformer is sized at 2,000 kVA. The service feeder conductors as well as the switchboard have a 3,000 amp rating.

EMERGENCY POWER
Building 100 & 200
Building 100 has three 2,500 kW generators, and a pad for a fourth, that support full operating capacity for Buildings 100 and 200 along with their adjacent parking structures. The generators are fueled by three 4,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks, which are fully enclosed in a free-standing sprinklered enclosure.

Building 300
Building 300 has two 1,500 kW generators that support building 300 and its adjacent parking structure. The generators are fueled by two 2,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks.

Building 400 & 500
